Dr. Milena Zaharieva was awarded at the 14th Edition of the "Doctors We Trust" League

Today, on November 5, 2024, the official ceremony of the 14th edition of the "Doctors We Trust" league took place, where Dr. Milena Zaharieva was awarded the honorary certificate "Doctor Trusted by Bulgarians."

According to tradition, the ceremony was accompanied by the release of the "Doctors We Trust" almanac. This almanac has become one of the most valuable family books, gathering the names of 700 leading doctors from all specialties. It is highly respected not only among medical professionals but also among patients who nominate the doctors they trust.

Initiated by "24 часа," the "Doctors We Trust" initiative has a wide resonance across the country, uniting all those who embody kindness and a mission to help others. Participants in this league of medical luminaries in Bulgaria are selected and nominated by readers of "24 часа" since 2011.

Beyond being a prestigious ranking of medical professionals, the almanac serves as a navigational tool for the scientific interests and achievements of the best doctors, providing their current positions and contacts.

The book also presents intriguing facts about breakthroughs in medicine and the impressive achievements of visionaries in 2024, including the role of artificial intelligence in diagnostics and others.

The ceremony was attended by representatives of political parties, the leadership of the National Health Insurance Fund, the Bulgarian Medical Union, the Bulgarian Dental Association, directors of university and regional hospitals, rectors of medical universities, doctors, and campaign partners.

The "Doctors We Trust" initiative continues to celebrate excellence in healthcare, recognizing those whose dedication and expertise improve the lives of many Bulgarians.
